‘Dear’ Sirs
I am writing to express my anger at the appalling service I have received from you when I ordered four shock absorbers for my Mazda 6 Wagon GJ on an online shop called KRT Racing on 15 August 2020 (ref. no. 24-242707). They are your distributors in Spain.
To begin with, I sent you an email some weeks ago telling you that up to that moment I had only received two of the absorbers.
Then, you replied that they were going to be shipped immediately.
Nevertheless, it is late January and now your distributor has informed me that, according to you, they will not be ready until March!
It is obvious that you have just been stalling for time and putting me off with excuses but enough is enough. I think that six months is long enough for you to manufacture two shock absorbers. To make matters worse, I have learned that other customers who purchased the same brand of absorbers received them two months ago.
I feel I have been misused by your dishonesty: if you had warned me that you would not be able to deliver them in due time, I could have taken a different decision.
Taking all of this into account, I will have no choice but to return the front shock absorbers which you delivered nearly three months ago. Apart from buying another company’s absorbers, I will definitely make my case widely known on social media and forums so that no other customers may be deceived by the vain boast about a supposed German reliability. If you had any dignity, you should feel ashamed of such a terrible service.
I wish the future treats you the same way you treat your customers.
